Anchorage, AK, September 2021 – beadedstream inc. launched its newest temperature data logger, the D605, equipped with advanced features and improved design.
The remote data logger has four plug-and-play Digital Temperature Cable (DTC) ports that can connect up to 500 sensors. It is more compact, rugged, and has ample data storage. More importantly, the upgrades allow beadedstream customers to:
- Collect data in real-time anywhere in the world
- Temperature data is collected and sent directly to orbit in real time with the D605’s built-in satellite data transceiver. Data can be viewed and downloaded anytime and anywhere in the world through our secure beadedcloud web application. This also eliminates data collection delays due to schedule changes which can sometimes extend site visit intervals.

- Housed in a sealed and watertight enclosure, the new D605 is rugged enough to withstand the extreme environmental conditions in remote locations. It also has a built-in moisture sensor that detects problems before data is compromised.

- The D605 data logger has built-in hose clamps and a pivot mount interface that makes installation easier and faster. This saves both time and money especially when setting up multiple monitoring stations via helicopter.
Other features include over-the-air software updates via Bluetooth through beadedstream’s Capture App. It also has 32MB of storage capacity which makes it possible to log data for years. Its 3.5-watt solar panel protects the logger and prolongs battery life. There is also no need for magnetic swiping because the logger has simple LED indicators
