Use the Rigid Temperature Probe for collecting temperature data with sensor spacing as close as every 2.5cm (1 inch). The Rigid Probes are stainless steel, solid, waterproof, and resistant to frost jacking forces that can overstress any cable solution. It is great for a variety of applications from road weather information systems (RWIS) to near-shore sea ice monitoring to pond and streambed temperature monitoring. The probe length is customizable to up to six feet (1.8m). A customizable lead length can be added for precise installation in pavement sections if desired.
